Set up automated reminders for customers with products on their wishlist
Users can now send automated reminders to customers who have saved products to their wishlist.
When customers save products to their wishlist we will now record the date and the product’s price when it is saved.
This information can be used to power automated wishlist reminders that are sent after a configurable number of days have passed.
The feature aims to bring customers back to the website, continue their shopping journey and ultimately convert on the product that interested them.
Once set up, tested and configured, wishlist reminder emails will be sent automatically without any time required from Venditan or your team.
Assign colour hex codes to your mapped colours
The new Inventory Colour Map Hex Codes interface enables users to streamline the management of colour swatches for inventory items.
With this feature, users can associate Mapped Colours with their corresponding hex codes, simplifying hex code management for colour variations. For example, one default hex code can be added for all shades of blue .
Rather than adding a hex code for every colour in Venditan Commerce, users now only need to add a hex code for each Mapped Colour, saving time and effort. This feature enhances efficiency, especially for businesses offering products with diverse colour options or highly particular colours dictated by the product manufacturer.
Bulk upload synonyms for better inventory and article search performance
Our platform includes a valuable feature allowing users to upload search synonyms to enhance the effectiveness of the platform’s internal search engine.
This feature lets users fine-tune their search system, ensuring more accurate and relevant results, particularly for intricately named products or large inventories.
This feature has been improved by introducing a bulk upload feature. The bulk upload tool allows users to add multiple synonyms simultaneously, saving time and effort compared to adding them individually.
Bulk uploading also reduces the likelihood of errors that can occur when adding synonyms manually, such as typos or inconsistencies.
This feature can be used to improve inventory and CMS article search results.
Pack check multiple picking groups from one picking list
Fulfil orders faster by pack-checking multiple picking groups consolidated into one picking list.
Our pack check feature is a guided-packing system that helps packing staff to verify they are sending the right items and quantities to a customer for their order.
The latest update to the Pack Check feature enables users to perform these checks for multiple picking groups from one picking list, streamlining their workflow and improving the efficiency of their order fulfilment process.
We can now support eBay US via our integration with Channable
Our integration with Channable supports uploading inventory to the eBay US marketplace. This integration allows our users to extend their reach into a new sales channel and tap into a vast customer base.
Businesses considering a venture into eBay US should review factors such as international shipping, currency conversions, and compliance with US regulations and tax laws, as introduced in January’s piece on cross-border eCommerce.
Toggle on or off communication for a customer
We have introduced a convenient toggle feature, allowing users to control whether customers receive automated communications to their specified email addresses.
This feature proves especially beneficial for B2B customers who may prefer not to receive order-related communications or who have registered with a general company email.
Offer V12 finance as a payment option for in-store collection orders
Our eCommerce platform now integrates the V12 finance option for in-store pickups, providing customers with added flexibility and convenience.
Customers select products online, opt for in-store collection, and choose V12 finance as their payment method. They are then redirected to apply for finance on the V12 website. Upon approval, customers can collect their orders from the designated store when ready.
This may help you to expand your payment options and facilitate a smoother purchasing process, allowing customers to spread payments for their desired high-ticket items while still enjoying the convenience of in-store collection.
Send EPOS transaction data to Klaviyo
Users of our EPOS solution are now able to track and record EPOS transactions that have an associated Klaviyo customer.
This means that data is sent back to Klaviyo to keep the customer's account accurate regarding what they've bought with the retailer across both the website and in-store. The customer must have a registered account with the retailer.
